You can make your own pumpkin carriage with this pattern and the instructions I designed and use to make it. Follow the step-by-step instructions in Dutch, including many photos (over 60!), the full-size patterns, and recommended materials. The finished pumpkin carriage measures approximately 26 cm high x 22 cm wide x 21 cm deep.

I'm sewing the pumpkin carriage myself with a sewing machine, but hand sewing is also an option. You don't need to be an advanced seamstress to make the carriage, but I do assume you have some basic sewing knowledge and experience.
