Skattich Easter egg bag pattern and instruction (pdf)

Make a fabric Easter egg with this Skattich pattern! The fabric eggs I found on Pinterest were all made with the opening facing downward. Then I thought, how cute would it be if it were not just an egg but also a kind of sleeping bag! So I came up with a different way to use the Easter egg as a sleeping bag for your Maileg mice or bunnies. If you attach a ribbon to it, you can use it as decoration. It's also lovely to hide small gifts inside, or maybe chocolate eggs.

Making an Easter egg bag is very easy. Follow the step-by-step instructions, including the photos. Once finished, the Easter egg will measure approximately 6.5 cm x 10 cm. In the instructions, I've included some links to online shops that sell fabrics that mimic the Maileg feel.
